Admitting a new student to Grade IX at IOANID School – Cambridge International High School involves several steps:
- Declaration of intent: To initiate the admission process, parents can declare their intent to enrol by visiting the website and filling out the form or calling /emailing the school.
- Visit to the school’s premises: a representative of the school (director/coordinator for the respective level) will organise a meeting with parents to present the educational offer. During this meeting, the educational offer, financial terms for the entire school year, details regarding the evaluation test, and a tour of a classroom will be discussed.
- The actual assessment – 400 euros (one-time payment, prior to testing): students will sit a written assessment in Mathematics and English Language, followed by an interview.

- Feedback following the evaluation: The director of the high school will respond with brief feedback in relation to the test, and the response may be „accepted” (with or without recommendations) or „rejected” (with suggestions for improvement). If the response is „accepted,” parents are expected to confirm their intention to proceed with the enrolment procedure (by starting the registration form provided via the link that will be sent)
- Enrolment confirmation: after paying the first invoice, the place is confirmed.
- Enrolment procedure/compilation of the student’s personal file: the required documents will be submitted to the school’s secretary for registration and analysis.
Admitting a student in Grade X- XII
If a student joins after Grade IX, they will have transcripts and written reports from their existing High School. If they join in Grade XI or XII, they will likely have their IGCSE results.
The Director will make a decision on admission based on these reports/results and an interview.
