MEET THE FUTURE
„Meet Your Future” is a transformative project that connects high school students with experts from various professional domains, helping them gain insights into potential careers. This monthly series of conferences provides a platform for students to explore different professions, considering them as potential future career paths. Throughout the program, they are exposed to the advantages and disadvantages of each field, salary expectations, and the necessary academic qualifications. Our project has had the privilege of hosting distinguished individuals, including: Alexandru Iures, an independent theater manager (ACT Theater) and film producer, representatives from the Grenoble Institute of Technology, offering valuable insights into engineering and technology studies, Ion Biris, presenting a glimpse into the Horeca industry, delegates from the Swiss School of Hotel Management in Lausanne, shedding light on hospitality and management careers, Doina Antohi, an accomplished director, CEO Clubs Romania, providing a comprehensive view of entrepreneurship, dr. Dumitru Totir, a board-certified plastic surgeon, Tudor Popescu from the Entrepreneurship Academy and Monica Faltiska, a psychologist and psychotherapist.
These professionals share their expertise and experiences, equipping students with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about their future careers. „Meet Your Future” encourages students to explore a diverse range of professions and prepares them for the exciting journey ahead.

MUN Club
The IOANID MUN Club is a dynamic platform that engages high school students in Model United Nations simulations. Founded in 2022, the club boasts 13 passionate members and a seasoned teacher to facilitate their growth. By participating in MUN conferences locally and internationally, these students develop skills like negotiation, communication, diplomacy, and teamwork. They delve into debates and form well-argued opinions on global issues. This experience nurtures responsible global citizenship, fosters a deep understanding of international policies, and exposes students to diverse perspectives. The IOANID MUN Club empowers its members to be influential leaders and active participants in shaping the future of our world.
Charity Fairs
At IOANID International High School, we take pride in fostering a holistic educational experience that extends beyond the traditional classroom setting. Our Extra-Curricular Clubs section stands out for its vibrant and impactful charity fairs, organised entirely by our dedicated students.
From the exhilarating Crazy Autumn Fair to the lively March Fest and the delightful Summer Fair, our students showcase their creativity and community spirit in crafting events filled with exciting games and fun for everyone. What makes these charity fairs truly special is that all the proceeds generated are redirected to support noble causes such as Asociatia Pisici pe Creier, aiding in various initiatives like providing Christmas or Easter food for our partner associations. This unique blend of entertainment and philanthropy exemplifies our commitment to shaping compassionate global citizens through engaging, student-driven initiatives.

INTERNSHIPS & VOLUNTEERING
Unlocking your potential
Internships and volunteering are a natural extension of the educational journey at the secondary level. Students have the opportunity to explore professional fields, engage actively in their communities, and develop key life skills – from initiative and responsibility to communication and critical thinking. These programmes are run in partnership with relevant organisations, offering real-world contexts for learning and self-discovery. Through these experiences, IOANID students build an authentic profile that reflects not only their academic knowledge but also their character, values, and vision for the future.
We facilitate students participating in an internship in a domain of their choice in June after the exams have finished, usually for a week, but sometimes students have stayed the whole summer. These are important for a student’s CV, but also to help them discover which domain they want to work in later in life.
